I'm Gowtham Pandiyan, a Data Analystwith a background in business operations and reporting.

I focus on data analysis to transform raw data into clear, meaningful insights. I enjoy cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover patterns that support better decision-making. Using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel, I build dashboards and reports that communicate data in a simple and effective way.

HR Analytics Dashboard (Power BI)

Developed an interactive HR Analytics dashboard using Power BI to analyze employee demographics, salary trends, working hours, and workforce distribution. Cleaned and modeled HR data using SQL and Excel, and created key KPIs such as total employees, salary cost, average salary, and active vs inactive employees. Implemented dynamic filters for department, role, country, and manager to enable detailed analysis. This project demonstrates strong skills in data visualization, DAX, and business insight generation for HR decision-making
